The Cedars, one of the Kangaroo Valley's largest private wildlife sanctuaries, is nestled in an unspoiled and secluded valley of its own. The self-contained cottages, Homestead, Misty Glen, The Dairy and The Yurt, set amongst 1200 acres of rolling pastures, clear mountain streams and lush rainforest, provide comfort and tranquillity on this working farm which is home to Shire Draught horses and cattle. The four elegant cottages vary in size and style. Each are tastefully decorated and beautifully appointed so that guests can enjoy the pristine natural countryside in the privacy of their own comfortable setting.

Local eggs and country conserves are provided fresh each day for breakfast. Water supplies come from natural springs throughout the farm. Cottages are stocked with fresh milk, eggs, homemade jam and assorted condiments, filtered coffee and fine teas.

The cottages are well equipped with cooking utensils, appliances, radio and television facilities. Beds are made up with fresh cotton sheets, duvets and electric blankets for winter. A fireplace or potbelly stove provides traditional heating to each cottage and firewood is stacked near to the front door. Full service laundry facilities are available.

The Yurt The Yurt provides the perfect setting for a secluded romantic getaway.
